"Hurry up Sarah!" Mother cried as I rushed down the stairs.  I was on my way to board the Kindertransport.  The Kindertransport is going to take me somewhere safe where the Nazi soldiers can't get me.  Mother was very worried about me.  I am only 9 and very small, already.  The Nazi's are coming into the ghetto, and taking people away.  I hope they don't ake my mother but I will not know once I am on the Kindertransport.  I am very worried.  All though mother is more worried about me.  I have no idea if I will know anyone on the train.  I hope I will be safe What will happen to my home?  My father is gone.  He left me and my mother when I was very little he never came back my mother and I have been living it hard ever since. I just hope everything will be alright. Will I ever see mother again?  Oh boy, I hope so, once I leave who will take care of me will I have a home?  I don't really know what is going on.  Mother won't tell me much all she has said is a big man named Hitler wants to take us to a place where we will work he doesn't want us here.  I have know idea why I am a nice girl.  I try my best in school but last year I couldn't go to school.  Mother also told me that peoples houses are being destroyed and I need to stay with her at all times.  I am not aloud on the street without her because there are scary people out there in green with big guns I hear them go off every so often.  I only once was walking alone with my friend Katie and we heard a shot and a man fell we didn't know what was happening so we ran but then a man stopped us and told us to walk , or we might get hurt he had on green with a big gun.  Well I am leaving and I may not return so I need to go.  Mother said she would take care of my cat Leo and make sure he is okay so I better be going now.
